It features galvanized steel tent poles and a single-piece tent top, constructed from commercial-grade, 14 oz translucent vinyl that is 100% waterproof and resistant to mold, mildew, and flame. If you're looking for a lightweight party tent that can be assembled with minimal tools and packed up without the need for a truck or trailer, then our 20x40 Party Canopy Tent is the answer. It allows for a quick and easy setup for the outdoor, garden, and backyard events, as well as this tent is exceptionally portable after tear down.
Important: Pole tents are best suited for setup on grass or soft surfaces. Pole tents may be utilized on blacktop or asphalt, but it will require the use of heavy duty stakes and a stake driver for drilling into the ground. Installation on concrete surfaces is not recommended. If you are planning on setting this up at schools or other commercial locations that require a permit, please consult with your local fire marshal for any requirements BEFORE making your purchase.

 RESIDENTIAL STANDARD TENTS: Pole tents are best suited for setup on grass or soft surfaces. Standard Tents are recommended for residential (at home) usage but can be used commercially with professional installation.
